Last week I blogged about a paper still life by Fideli Sundqvist. Here are a few more from her still life series. Head over to Fideli’s site to see more. It’s simply mind-blowing, jaw-dropping paper perfection!

I discovered my first KIYATA creation during a visit to the very inspiring Baden Baden shop in Tokyo. Moshino Shinobu and Moshino Yuka from KIYATA hand craft the most beautiful things from wood. I think I need one of their little seal card holders – so cute! Fingers crossed I’ll find one next time I’m there. If you’re heading to Tokyo you may want to visit the Baden Baden shop too. It’s full of hand crafted goods and unique interior objects.

Continuing on the still life path and enjoying these compositions by William A Berry.

This is a sneak peek of Fideli Sundqvist’s latest paper project. I’m intrigued and can’t wait to see more of this still life series.

These are some of the newest arrivals to the Upon A Fold shop. Discover more here.

It seems I’m forever planning a trip to Japan and bookmarking all the places I want to visit when I get there. Here is one I’d really like to get to. TOKI no KUMO is a gallery and shop in Nagahama and it has the most beautiful collection of handmade goods by Japanese makers. The address details are below in case you might like to visit it too one day.

The white paper-like lampshades above are actually made of concrete. I found them over at Behance, and a couple of clicks on I discovered the dua shop where more beautiful things can be found.
The Like Paper series is designed by Miriam Aust & Sebastian Amelung and sold here. The corrugated cardboard light (pictured above) titled Beute and designed by Herr Wolke is available at the dua shop also.

I love this so much. I just found it over at one of my favourite blogs HITSPAPER. Head over there to learn more about this image and other paper inspired works by Scholten & Baijings. You’ll discover a nice interview there with Stefan Scholten and Carole Baijings. I found it to be a really inspiring read.
