Policies
SHIPPING
For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post. Depending on the size and value of the parcel we use either Parcel Post, Registered Post or the Express Post service. You will be notified via an order status page once your parcel has been sent.
All orders are sent within 24 hours of being placed. For orders within Australia please allow between 1-4 working days for delivery. For International orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail, please allow between 7–12 working days for delivery. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified time please email us asap at hello@uponafold.com.au
PRICING & TAXES
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10.0% GST. This tax is for sales made within Australia only and will be subtracted from international orders at checkout. All prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
All payments are made via PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to purchase from the store. Please be assured that payments for all goods purchased on Upon a Fold’s website are made securely through PayPal. If you are unable to pay with PayPal please email us your order and we can arrange payment via direct deposit.
RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide refunds, credits or exchanges for online purchases. All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
